Highly reccommend this gallery. Its free and a 30 second walk from Thomas street. The current exhibition is an exploration of how environment shapes our identity and Hong Kong culture. Well worth a visit.

I recently hired this space for an art exhibitin of new paintings. The whole process from start to finish was extremely easy and very well organised. Kan is the perfect host and made the whole event an enjoyable experience. The gallery is situated in a beautiful period building in the heart of Manchesters Northern Quarter. If you are an artist or collective or are looking to put on a creative event then I would highly recommend using Saan1! Its a unique concept in Manchester and its ethos as an independent contemporary art space is much welcomed!
