Artist Biography - Amber Vittoria
Amber Vittoria is an illustrator living and working in New York City. Her pieces focus on an accurate portrayal of femininity and the female form, leveraging physical traits such as body hair, overtly extended limbs, and rounded features.
Amber works with clients whom have a similar outlook on the female body as herself, working with brands such as Gucci, The New York Times ...and Instagram to name a few. Her work is rarely seen without a shade of pink, and the figures created in her unique style dance around with expressive ink brush strokes. Her originals are made by being coloured first digitally, printed and then line work added in ink, it is often found that her work has printing errors on, to embrace the fragility of digital to physical translation.
Amber is a Young Guns 15, and her work has been recognized by Print Magazine‘s 2017 New Visual Artists – 15 Under 30, It’s Nice That, Computer Arts, HuffPost, Teen Vogue, and Man Repeller. Some of her clients include The New York Times, Teen Vogue, Man Repeller, Refinery29, Medium, Saks Fifth Avenue, Adidas, 7 For All Mankind, CB2, Framebridge, Amazon Fashion, Under Armour, and Interscope Records.
