One of the most wonderful shops in the whole of Thanet! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and clearly love where they work! I’m looking forward to seeing my picture framed and have been very impressed in the past. I managed to step upstairs briefly to the gallery and admire the local artists’ work and the delightful Quentin Blake which had me in stitches.. just brilliant.

I had some paintings stretched and framed here. The staff know thier stuff and when I wasn't 100% happy with the initial outcome for one of the paintings they were very keen and quick to resolve it and now they both look great up on my wall!Will definitely use next time around.

Well stocked art supplies shop with very friendly, knowledgeable staff who are very willing to assist in locating what you need. Didn't have time to look at the gallery side of things but an interesting concept.

I was looking to buy some art supplies while visiting Margate...and came across (during my online search) what I thought to be a gallery.Well, if you need the odd art supply, it's really worth taking a look here. There's a little bit of most things... watercolor paint, acrylics, oils, canvases, paper pads, brushes and mediums.Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and approachable.Highly recommended.

I cannot sing the praises of Lovelys Gallery and Framers more. I regularly take work to get framed and they are all very attentive to my framing needs, customising everything from the hand painted frames to archival mounts, spacers and everything in between. I've never had a bad experience there when getting work framed and it's always a joy to unwrap the finished work in the shop and see how good it looks.The art shop section stocks a great selection of paints and materials including my favourite brands Sennielier and Golden. They offer a loyalty card which gives you money off after a certain number of purchases which is always appreciated.I'd recommend using the framing service for all of your framing needs, it's worth spending the money to show your own art or purchased works in the best light.The two images I've shared were a large graphite drawing framed in a double stained thin wood with a white spacer and a beautifully colour matched frame with a dark black archival mount.
