I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service from this gallery. I needed a painting reframing, the artwork having slipped from the mount. I called for a framer they might recommend to unexpectedly be told by the extremely helpful and polite Sarah that they would sort it, no questions asked. They picked up said artwork, reframed it and returned it good as new within a week, including bank holidays.You get so used to low levels of customer service so it was such a pleasant and welcome surprise to be the recipient of such an amazing service. THANK YOU!!
