Admission is free, and it has very beautiful works. It is worth spending a while if you have spare time on your visit to the city. Stylish gallery with lots of great artwork by both Scottish and world renowned artists. Unlike galleries in other cities , you can get up close to paintings by the line of van Gogh and Monet. There is plenty of space to move around despite it being very busy due to bad weather. There are also a few things to keep little kids entertained. For example, our daughter chose a painting she liked, we took a photo, then she tried to recreate it using the coloured pencils and paper provided in the main lobby.
