love the different type of art wok they have here including some massive names. visited when johnny depps artwork was on display which looked even better in real life!! gallery is on the small side though, covering two floors!

Bought a ltd edition print here 30/7/2021, very pleasant experience when paying in full, phoned up 25/8/2021 asking why I haven't been contacted with delivery details, only to get excuses about the print needing re-framing.Really. 25 days to deliver an excuse. I will update the review regarding the swiftness of their refund proceedure. Really disappointing performance, I'm sure they are OK if you can collect or walk out with your purchase. This spend was >£1000 so I would expect better.Update: refund processed swifty, so that bit worked OK, but I made space on my wall for the piece so overall a poor experience. Plenty of room for improvement there.Thanks for the response Harriet. But my feeling is that it’s more corporate waffle. Personally, I’d sack the person responsible for forgetting to send me the picture. It would show the rest of your staff that you take competence seriously.

We have bought two paintings from Castle Fine Art Galleries and both times the experience dealing with the staff was extraordinary. The team is more than helpful and understanding, acts professionally but friendly and communication is very efficient and clear. The first time they even offered us free shipping to Europe! They always have lovely pieces available and I cannot recommend it enough!
