Excellent accueil et service client.Nous avons fait plusieurs achats, certains à livrer à l’étranger, d’autres œuvres à emporter avec nous. Tous les conseillers de clientèle chez Luma à Covent Garden sont adorables et ont été aux petits soins avec nous.Nos colis livrés à l’étranger sont arrivés en temps et en heure et parfaitement emballés et protégés, du jamais vu. The missus and I were watching Harry Potter across the road at the Palace Theatre, and popped in to Seven Dials to see the Xmas lights.We happened to enter this gallery, and were pretty impressed with some prints. I liked the one where Superman and Batman face off, as well as some prints by local Londoners.Prices are pretty steep, especially for prints, but some are numbered and therefore limited.Do enter the gallery and have a look around.

We were shopping for some more framed prints and went to Lumas. Really nice store and very helpful staff.We found f a number of prints we wanted and the staff framed them in store and packed everything up for us while we went to have lunch.Really good experience with them and recommended.

Very friendly staff who were helpful and knowledgeable. Bought a "live art" unit which is very new and a great idea. Essentially, a piece of artwork in a tablet device with movement. Not that expensive. The staff are never patronising like a lot of art galleries and we will be visiting again

Fantastic experience - bought some excellent prints and was able to collect them from the gallery. Hannah and the rest of the staff were very friendly and responsive to emails. Would easily buy again from this gallery!
